First dive

Come and discover scuba diving and the ecosystems of the Cousteau Reserve in Malendure for your children, from the age of 6.

An individualized approach: explanations are given on the boat by an instructor. You will be given a moment on the surface, in complete safety, at the back of the boat, to familiarize yourself with the mask and breathing through the regulator.

For the first dive, you will be alone with the instructor who will help you discover the underwater world individually.

No particular aptitude is necessary. If you do not know how to swim, if you are apprehensive about the water, the instructors will adapt to you.

There are medical contraindications to diving. Consult them or contact us to discuss them. Please note that you should not fly on the day of your first dive!

When you arrive at the reception, you choose the duration of the immersion during your baptism:

baptism ” 1st bubble ” for 20 min,
or “Escape” baptism for 30 minutes.
The activity is offered every day all year round with appointments at 9:00 am, 9:30 am, 12:30 pm, 01:00pm, 3:00pm. The boats leave 30 minutes after the appointment. The total duration of the trip is between 1h30 and 2h.
