Freediving

Holding your breath, letting yourself slide in the crystal clear waters of Guadeloupe, saving your movements and your energy expenditure, this is what freediving teaches us. This freedom that it offers, to be able to swim in the immensity, with almost no equipment, will teach you to exceed your own physical limits. A true moment of relaxation, you will discover new unique sensations, in harmony with the sea bed. Self-control and listening to your body are the key words of this activity. Thanks to the supervision of our qualified and passionate instructors, you will be able to progress in complete serenity.

Our diving center “Les Heures Saines” invites you to discover freediving during a baptism session. You will be initiated and supervised by a professional freediving instructor in the use of specific equipment (large wing fins, small air volume mask, lead belt,…). We will lead you to progressively familiarize yourself with different techniques allowing you to realize small apnea dives, with ventilation and relaxation techniques.

Our sessions are organized in small groups, which allows us to adapt to the rhythm of each person. After each session, we propose a moment of conviviality around a snack, which will allow each one to exchange on its experience. So don’t hesitate, come and discover this activity, alone, with family or friends!
